Business Development Manager

 EIT-Hub is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and build lasting client partnerships.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities, closing deals, and driving business growth for our ERP and software solutions, while maintaining strong client relationships.

This position is both strategic and dynamic; you will need to combine analytical thinking with creativity. We expect the candidate to be proactive, ambitious, and have a “can-do” spirit. To be successful, you will bring excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve company targets

  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals

  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions

  • Conduct market analysis to track trends and competitor activities

  • Represent EIT-Hub at client meetings and industry events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)

  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in business development or sales, preferably in ERP/software

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in English & Arabic (spoken and written)

  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset

  • Familiarity with ERP/Odoo solutions is an advantage
