ERP Project Manager (Odoo)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager (Odoo ERP) to oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of Odoo-based business solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end ERP projects, coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders, and ensure that all project goals are met on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the full Odoo ERP project lifecycle—from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and support staff.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying risks and ensuring corrective actions when needed.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation and system testing before deployment.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on Odoo modules.
  • Continuously evaluate project performance and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as a project manager in Odoo ERP implementation or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
