You will be the vital link between our developing capacity and our business objectives by analyzing, improving, supporting, testing, and deploying the system features.

The ideal candidate will manage Odoo projects including implementation, design enhancements, system configuration opportunities, functionality, and accuracy to improve the utilization of all business applications.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in presenting, discussing, and providing Odoo functional consulting services to our clients.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day pre-sales, project implementations, and live support; from drafting requirement documents to configuring Odoo and end-user training.
  • Deliver solutions that practicalize project implementation according to the required scope of business within the planned budget and timeframe.
  • Provides project progress reports to clients and technical management.
  • Provide truly high-quality Odoo professional services to our current and prospective clients.
  • Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
  • Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
  • Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate Demos meeting client needs and generate gap analysis for customer requirements and technical specifications.
  • Providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.
  • Producing and designing the complete required documents and solution illustration diagrams.
  • Manage code migration, and configuration changes, and monitor performance.
  • Determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.

Job Requirements:

  • The candidate must have implemented various Odoo projects on different modules such as Accounting, Inventory, POS, Website, Supply Chain, HR, and other live apps on client production servers.
  • Accounting background is a must.
  • Excellent experience in project management and leading team members from functional and technical consultants.
  • Highly skilled in time management and recording activities and timesheets.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and Work under Pressure.
  • Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills.
  • Discretion, Autonomous, Assertive, Proactive Thinker.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Finance, Business Administration or similar.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the same position.
