EIT-Hub is seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Specialist to help empower our company in the marketplace. 

The Odoo Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets related to Odoo software along with maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service.


This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

  • Provide support in all aspects of sales operations, including quoting, proposal creation, order management, invoicing, and contract administration.
  • Responsible for generating, qualifying, and progressing inbound marketing leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain CRM system data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide the best service before and after sale.
  • Analyze and identify industry trends, opportunities, best practices, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and deliver sales performance reports and dashboards to provide insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in software sales and achieving sales targets
  • Experience with Odoo or similar ERP software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must be an Alexandria resident.
